In 2002 he graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Trieste and then specialized in Medical Genetics for a further five years. His field of research is rare diseases and molecular analyzes at the level of DNA and RNA. He has developed over 150 molecular analyzes and has over 15 years of experience in genetic counseling.
